James was professional, efficient and extremely pleasant. I know some of the questions he has to ask are difficult, but he presented them perfectly and was very patient when I distracted him with questions. He is a credit to your company and I would have no problem in recommending him/your company to friends and family.

Staff very helpful, friendly and professional

I spoke with a lovely lady called Alice, the whole conversation was very informative, she went through all the necessary information and answered all questions about the insurance that I had, she was very easy to speak to, polite and professional, along with the conversation about insurance we had a few laughs which made the whole phonecall a lot easier and less intrusive, she also catered for my current situation and found a way to work around it to enable me to still take out the policy, I would highly recommend the company and if you can speak to Alice even better
