Never responds to customer inquiries or concerns. They delivered a product that was damaged, and despite numerous inquires, I heard nothing from them. Will never purchase from them again.

I have been buying proteins from Alex since he first established the Protein Factory in 1998. No company in the USA sells higher quality proteins and no other company offers as wide a variety of protein types under one brand. Try finding another major player who sells Whey Isolate, Pepto Pro and Bio Serum Proteins on their websites--you won't. Try finding genuine Creapure Creatine--good luck (hint...Al has it). Pricing is very competitive and shipping has always been timely. Thanks, Alex.

I love their Leucine peptides, Total Frag, and Oatmuscle. Now Bio Serum is back! Worth the $. Shipping has improved! That was a big thing for me.

Great quality, great price, great customer service. I’ve been a customer for sometime now and I’m not disappointed at all.

I've been a subscriber for a year so far. And have used PF on and off since 2010.

However I have to disconnect the subscription due to the severe delay in shipping. I have 10lbs that have been "processing for over 25 business days".

What this means is that I've been out if protein for 1/2 a month and had to purchase Walmart alternatives while I wait. Which also means.... the few bucks I had saved over the past year was nullified.

As far as Costumer Service, its mostly good. I have good responses from previous disputes. But other times... radio silence now its one of those times.

2x 5lb Wisconsin Protein have not shipped, but the charges were made on schulde on 14 Feb 2023.
