as always my delivery came very quickly,and as always everything was in place,i have used this company for a number of years now and i will keep using them

first I shall start with the delivery - top notch! even though I wasn't in to collect, I could see live tracking and they sent a photo to prove they went to my flat. cant fault the service

now the product - I bought the unflavoured whey protein and to be fair, after mixing it with semi skimmed milk, it doesn't taste bad at all and it mixes really well - probably the best I have tried.

one issue - their price comparison - whist the product is cheaper - it isn't after you add £5 for delivery (in my case at least). The other companies the compare with (that I have also used) never charged for delivery. so whilst the product was £2 cheaper (for example), after deliver it is £3 more expensive. Taking all that I would sill highly recommend as the product is that good. not full of rubbish or additives etc.

overall, brilliant service and will use again :)

Tastes good, I usually go for non flavoured but thought id try chocolate,although it is quite sweet!!

I attempted to contact Protein Lifestyle via live chat prior to ordering, but the service was not available in the evening and I was prompted to send an email. I had no problem with this, but after allowing several days, I did not receive a reply to my email.

Despite this, I went ahead with the order and was more than happy with the time it took to package, despatch and deliver my order.

However, on receipt, the contents appeared as though something had been spilt on it and allowed to dry (a rusty brown stain on all pouches). There was no evidence of spillage on the inside or outside of the packing box, so I could only assume the staining had occurred in the warehouse prior to packing.

Concerned about the staining and what could have caused it, I tried live chat that afternoon but it was offline. As such, I followed the contact us section and sent a direct email to ask about the received condition. To date, I have received no reply (just shy of a week).

A complete lack of customer support has taken the shine off what would have otherwise been an excellent transaction given the speed of processing and delivery.

My experience with most isolate out there has not been great. However I have tried both strawberry, vanilla and chocolate flavour isolate from protein lifestyle and the taste is beyond exceptional. I really do look forward to my pwo shake. My highlight of the day! The only downside is now my husband has started pinching my isolate! 😳

The only issue i have is the protien I normally get is always out of stock. - proves how popular protien lifestyle is.

Brilliant delivery and product tastes amazing.

After trying numerous other proteins I found this to be the best for taste and price. Fast delivery, easy to mix and blend with fruit just need to see how it performs so will give it couple months, if ok, I'll stick with it.

Only used the site once, had been buying their products from another online retailer. The Vanilla Ice Cream protein mixes well, tastes great, arrived far quicker! And is a lot cheaper than other brands I had stuck to for years. Definitely converted!

A huge fan, very reasonably priced protein powders.

I bought whey protein ... Nice products and a good website with good info. Package got to me via royal mail almost open (tape almost off). If packaging/delivery had been better i'd give 5 stars.

Delivery came quick, wasn't to sure when I ordered the strawberry flavour, how it was going to taste, but have to say taste nice. Keeps me full. All good, will order again.

Having bought this before I knew the product was good. However this time there was a stock issue, I was contacted immediately and offered an alternative as well as some multi vitamins and a shaker for free.
The customer service was quick, friendly and very efficient.

Very good service. Received within 2 days and highly rate the produce. Chicken was not tough or stringy and hardly any wastage when cutting away fat. We were surprised to find the Dedham rump steak in one piece although nice to be able to cut to portion sizes we wanted. Tasted amazing and will definitely be placing an order again.
