My top arrived quickly and as advertised! It's stylish and has many different ways of styling.

Instantly had to get the Protémoa 'touch grass' cardigan - it's a unique signature piece in my wardrobe with the perfect balance of edgy chic and casual. I've gotten so many compliments when wearing it! Really love the brand's originality and definitely recommend if you're exploring to elevate your outfits :)

Fast shipping, great quality of clothes and such nice fits! I’m tall and few pants that promise ”baggy fit” are baggy on me, but these are actually as they promise! 10/10

High quality products. The delivery time was as described and the garments are unique. They do lean toward more relaxed fit and oversized, I am a 170cm tall man wearing S, and the sleeves are a tad long on me. But overall a very good experience.

i ordered a pair of pants from protemoa and i’m absolutely satisfied with the purchase. the material is high quality, the fit and cut look great, and the delivery was fast. definitely recommend. 👍

I got two pairs of pants and a cardigan from Protemoa. Initially the pants I ordered were too large, and I wanted to exchange them. Though, I had to pay to have the product shipped back for the return. Not great. I was able to get an exchange but they sent me the wrong size. I asked them to please remedy and they ended up just sending me the right size and letting me keep the pair incorrectly sent.

Soon after, a lot of buttons fell off the cardiga after about 3 wears. I love the cardigan a lot and the buttons are fairly specific so I was hoping to get their buttons to replace the lost ones. I reached out asking if there was a way to purchase extra buttons and I’ve followed up multiple times with no responses.

The clothes look and feel great but it’s unfortunate that the sweater was so low quality and now is unwearable, and that the customer service isn’t great.

Ordered a cardigan and blazer. the blazer lapels were uneven and the cardigan zipper immediately broke. I emailed customer service for a refund - it has been 2 weeks since the start of the email chain and nothing has been done yet, it takes several days and several follow-up emails just to get a response out of them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I love that they use ShopPay, especially because I bought pants for my partner during Christmas season. They are currently his favorite pair of pants and wears them weekly. I’ve become interested in their clothing as well and will consider buying from this brand.

Unresponsive to my emails requesting to make a return.

Zero Customer Service and a fake email address to initiate a return!
The email address listed for their customer service to initiate a return bounced back as undeliverable and provided a link to explain why. Via google translate, Russian to English, it explained
" A message you sent was rejected by the local scanning code that checks incoming messages on this system".
No phone number, no other way of reaching them for a return.
Make sure you have the correct size because you will never get your money back!

I have purchased 2 bags from Protémoa and they are amazing. The Shadowplau bag is my everyday bag (do lowks wish they had pockets inside) and The Emptiness is just amazing. love yall <3 hope for more stunning bags soon

I absolutely love this brand! I have three pieces from here - the triple zip cardigan, echo sweater and the touch grass cardigan. The fabric and design is divine!! My most worn pieces in my wardrobe!

Amazing heavyweight quality clothing. Costumer service is amazing and responds very quickly and definitely cares about their costumers. The only critique I have is that their black denim tends to fade quickly however there best jeans you’ll ever buy.

Easy to shop! Great versatile pieces that make good wardrobe staples!!

Creative and thoughtful designs that are great quality; definitely some of my favourite pieces I own! I have the red touch top, the raven blazer and the triple zip cardigan, all really great pieces. I also appreciate that as a bigger person they fit really well, and I can still have that oversized look with their sizing. They are great pieces I’ll have for a long time.
