Fantastic experience from registering an interest to present day.
Very carefully thought out on boarding processing and clear and timely communication.
Work from the start of term in September and always feel supported.
Debbie Hatch has been super, efficient and always a phone call away.
Would highly recommend Protocol to others looking for supply work.

Started working for Protocol Education 2 years ago, always had work and Gill my Manager is brilliant she always touch base with me and checks everything is ok, she always thanks me too at the end of every term which is lovely and I feel appreciated :)

I enjoy working with Protocol and happy with the placements I get through London office, Katie and Hannah are superb!
Communication is very good as the team are always on hand to help and easily accessible should I have any queries. The app is very useful as e everything is on here.

Really helpful got me into placement quickly!

Initially applied for a TA role with protocol I found that very quickly I had completed all the compliance needed and was offered a long term contract with the chosen school.

Bronwyn was especially helpful in providing a contract with a school and in a department very attuned to my preferences and specialisations from previous positions and study.

They were very good all round, I would say if you need to get a hold of anyone urgently expect that phone calls will be the quickest method otherwise your line manager under contract is where nearly all communication should be had whilst under contract.

The school I was working under contract with have now offered me a full time position after attending an interview and the agency have been very supportive and helpful in that pursuit. They have been in very good communication with the school and myself regarding the hand over too.

All round would recommend, I trust this agency to fulfill my expectations.

She kept me updated at every stage throughout the process and made sure i understood what was needed during the process. She guided me step by step to compliance and was always quick to respond. I had made a call to Protocol Education in December and the call got through a Rep named Bronwen.
As I explained to her my need of finding a job, she quickly went to task in first, meeting up with me to find out my skills and so on. Then, she sent me some short safeguarding courses for me to complete. These were informative and easy to follow; a refresher for me as my background was in schools.
Finally, in early January, I got a call out for a support role job in a local school (something which I desired).
Bronwen ticks all the boxes for me in being efficient, fast, a good listener and keen to match individuals to the right jobs.
I highly recommend her as a company Rep in getting people out of work jobs fast!

My journey with protocol Education East Anglia has been a positively charged experience. Despite that I joined them less than two months ago, they have helped me secure a permanent Teaching Assistant position at Cambridge Regional College (CRC). This is something I am very much grateful for. From the onset, every process felt smooth and supportive.

Rajinder always done his best to let me know as early as possible about bookings for the day and even the night before on occasion. Really friendly, really kind, really supportive.

My name is Nelcshia I am a Send teaching assistant I have been working for Protocol Education for some time and I couldn’t ask for a better employer I have an amazing coordinator name Charlotte she is such a thoughtful young lady always taking time out to see how your finding your work placement ,making sure that I was placed at the right school which suited my skills and personality she rewrote my CV which highlighted all my skills and years of experience related to my job role at times i doubted myself while waiting for a permanent position but she would continue to reassure me at all times which boosted my confidence it really helped me to perform better and work on certain areas of my skills which improved my chances of success in receiving and securing a on going placement Charlotte really went above and beyond her duties to secure me the right placement she has such calm and caring personality eternally great full to her and the rest of the protocol staff’s at the Kingston office they are always so thoughtful polite and supportive to you has a fellow staff member i highly recommend protocol Education as an employer and Charlotte who has continued to support me in my placement making sure I have no concerns or worries whatsoever thank Charlotte and rest of the protocol team for your outstanding continual support.

I have only just started working with them, but my experience with them as a company has been excellent, I cannot sing Alex's praises enough although I haven't found my placement yet I know Alex will go above and beyond to make sure I have a placement where I am happy, Elena also was so lovely to talk too, with sign up being easy and straight forward, the normal tech issues which are sorted promptly, overall my experience has been good and very pleasant.

Alex & Elena were really helpful & easy to reach. Kudos to them!

I registered with this company june last year, i have 5 years experience working in the classroom, this company staff are very incompetent, i called them and they say nothing is in my experience, how incompetent are protocol education staff, a candidate with 5 years experience, there staff are lackluster,

Anyone save yourself from incompetent staff and don't sign, there are better recruitment agencies out there

Terrible company

Rajinder is my agent for Protocol and he has been insanely effective. There hasn't been much work for teachers recently, but he's been able to find cover work for me that allows me to teach Drama, even though its only temporary, it still allows me to teach my subject and gain experience within it. He's also been able to negotiate better rates for me and is an absolute legend for doing so. He's done a lot for me in times where Drama Teacher roles are barren, and it's allowed me to stay in education and keep food on the table. 10/10.

Charlotte at Protocol was really pro-active in getting me registered for work. She was really helpful with the queries I had and responded quickly. I am now looking forward to working with them.

I have been with Protocol Education since November 2023 and I haven’t worked with anyone like Rajinder Chhokar. Apart from him being respectful and welcoming which makes it so easy to work with him, he loves doing his job and it shows. He listened to what I wanted and my preference and followed that along, I am now working in a secondary with a lovely team and doing something I love doing. Without Rajinder I don’t think that would have been possible.

I am writing another review as I feel that this company is not serious..I would not recommend that anyone who is qualified should register with them my experience with them has been disappointing.. please avoid these clowns.
