Disappointing Purchase and Poor Support

I bought this trading software after being impressed by how it was presented, but it quickly became clear that it did not deliver on its promises. The advertised features were ineffective, and the overall experience felt misleading.
After my purchase, I contacted the company to request a refund, but my request remains unanswered. The lack of follow-through and customer support has been frustrating, and I believe others should be cautious before committing to this product.
