I spoke to Jayne from the sales office who gave me lots of great advice before placing my order. Recieved my pallet of pebbles on the day I requested. Over the moon with the product, the pebbles I ordered look beautiful (putting me in the wife's good books for a while). I would definitely use Proturf again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Horrendous service, received delivery and caused damage to my stepping stones as driver had no idea what he was doing, logistics company will not even entertain my complaint as apparently this is my fault because I ticked a box on the website to state roadside delivery? Does not make sense at all because if that’s the case it shouldn’t of been placed on my driveway full stop let alone on my stepping stones and should of gone back to depot as a failed delivery. Incompetent office staff, do not recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could. First 2 delivery’s were delivered fine on the driveway with no damage so the argument as to why I am not entitled to open a claim due to the damage that they have caused does not align with how the previous deliveries were carried out. More hassle than it’s worth.

I have been really impressed with Proturf's service, both with their communication regarding delivery and the delivery itself.

In particular the delivery driver tlwas amazing. She phoned to say she was 5 minutes away and arrived promptly. My husband was really impressed at how she manoeuvred the lorry onto our tight squeeze of a driveway and managed to get those pallets out onto a bit of an incline - all with an idiotic impatient driver honking at her. Our delivery driver kept her cool and was very polite throughout.

We are happy with the product although we haven't laid it yet. It certainly looks to be what we ordered however so all good so far. Would definitely use again. They're pricing is competitive and customer service is very good.

Ordered a bulk bag of specialist bark. Bark I received is a much lower grade than the one pictured. Which means product was actually overpriced and falsely advertised. Avoid this company.

I placed and order and received confirmation of delivery. The day before delivery I called to check on window time for drop off and I was told that because of an IT issue my delivery could not be on the stated date and I would have to pay extra to keep the delivery slot, or move it to the following day. The difference in price was minimal but I could not see why they were not owing to their error and demand further payment from me. I was told that I had 3 options: pay extra to keep delivery, move delivery to following day or cancel the order. This is not up for negotiation, I was told. I accepted that I would pay the additional costs and asked to have the complaint policy along with the confirmation as I was not happy with the way the member of staff was talking to me. At that point the member of staff told me 'if you put it that way I will cancel the order'. In shock I asked to speak with the manager who kept talking over me and basically told me the same.
For the sake of £15 they have chosen to cancel the order instead of owning to their mistake. I don't think I have ever come across customer service as bad as this.

Fabulous customer service, was a fantastic help on the phone, Just had our delivery today 25/03/22 and we were both at work and the driver phoned my husband and he was also a fantastic help...We ordered the plum slate chippings and I'm very impressed with them.

We were let down on our delivery twice after waiting in for two full days.
On trying to complain I was told m complaint would get me nowhere so it was a fruitless task.
Still have not received our order.

Purchased bag of aggregate, prices very reasonable and cheap delivery fee..Good communication from delivery driver, left on driveway while I was at work right where I wanted it . Will use again, great service thank you.

Goods delivered on the day promised, 2nd order placed and the kind lady has managed to get it me a day earlier which saved me taking another day off work for delivery

If I could give ZERO stars I would. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. Should be investigated by Trading Standards!!!

DO NOT BUY from this awful company. They sent 1 ton of wrong size stones to what I ordered and refused to pay for shipping demanding I pay £75 for return shipping. I went to Stones4Homes instead wonderful company and sold the others privately getting all my money back. BE WARNED AVOID!!

Couldn’t arrange a delivery if their lives depended on it. Was told a delivery date only for it to be changed twice. Was told to call palletways who deliver. Sorry that’s not my job.
Terrible customer service. Awful woman I spoke to, rude, arrogant, and only talked over me this seemed to be her way of conversation.
Would never use again and would advise people to avoid like the plague.

They love you to spend money, but after that, the customer care is dreadful. Stay away!!!!!

I ordered a bulk bag of play sand, it was 850kg and was really good quality, I have left it months to make sure before leaving a review
The delivery (on time) comes on a pallet truck which I was expecting after checking prior, the driver can not push it to far so I had a wheel barrow waiting

I ordered turf for front and back lawns 2 years ago. Within 6 months the developed serious problems despite being professionally laid. Back lawn had to be taken up and renewed at my expense. Proturf did offer to send new turf at no cost but I couldn't see the point. Front lawn had to be over-seeded to repair the problem. To their credit, they did send 2kg of grass seed free of charge to enable me to over-seed. This week I wished to buy 2 kg of seed to over-seed and was told they only sell 5kg bags at £45 which is far too much for a small garden, so I had to shop at Lawnsmith for a smaller amount, without any problem at all. The company are very inefficient at returning telephone calls and the lady who dealt with my order was not very helpful - saying she would call back but did not. I would not recommend this company or use them again. Please improve your customer relations and sell small amounts of seed to customers who bought their (failed) turf from you in the first place.

Ordered online English cobbles, but have had to refuse delivery as they we more like dirty old pebbles and totally unlike your website picture cobbles.

Have tried contacting them via email for a paper trail but the refuse to reply. Beware of what you order from them, yes pictures lie.
