I have dealt with this company for over 3 years I have to say I will never deal with again with so many empty promises and lack of communication left me feeling like I made the wrong decision on investing with them.
I did have great communication towards the end with Jessie but it was too little too late.
It also took nearly 3 months after my contract to return the money I invested.

I had money invested with Provide Capital and when Maturity date came around they found numerous excuses why not to pay out.
Be very careful if you are considering this company.
I have tried to delete my previous review without success.

Invested for 1 year and interest was paid promptly every month which was an excellent outcome.
The withdrawal process was frustrating and took 3 months to finalize. I was told the delay was due to the 'Middle East' and 'Liquidity problems'. The payments were paid in 3 tranches. I was the one who initiated all communications over the 3 month period. As a pensioner, I required the withdrawal ASAP for personal reasons. PC did not seem to take my personal circumstances into consideration when finalizing the withdrawal process. Jesse, from PR was very helpful and acted immediately on my concerns.

We invested in Provide Capital about 18 months ago, initially on a twelve month contract and then an extended six month contract. Every interest payment was received on the nominated date and at the end of the second contract our capital was returned to our personal account in full and on time. Our company contacts were Mario and more recently Jessie both whom are excellent people to deal with. Any inquiries we had during the journey were answered promptly and professionally.

We feel our total experience to the point of having our invested funds returned allows us to offer an opinion that should carry weight for Provide Capital. We will have no problem choosing to invest with this company again or for that matter recommending them to our friends and family.

Provide Capital have been very reliable with their returns. We think that our retirement money is earning us reasonably better returns than banks and other financial investments in the current financial economy.
Our money is locked in for 3 years and firstly went into C.B.D to do our due diligence, all good to date. :)

My further research found that ASIC has issued action in Federal Court against Provide Capital

ASIC has commenced proceedings in the Federal Court against Provide Nominees Pty Ltd, trading as Provide Capital, seeking orders under s70 of the ASIC Act.

As part of an ongoing investigation, ASIC previously served a notice to produce documents on Provide Capital.

ASIC alleges Provide Capital failed to produce documents as required by the notice without reasonable excuse.

Section 33 of the ASIC Act allows ASIC to require the production of documents from a person, including a company.

If a person fails to comply with such a request, ASIC can certify non-compliance and seek orders form the Court compelling production in the event the Court is satisfied that there has been non-compliance by the person without reasonable excuse.

I found some disturbing articles about this company on the financial review web site. Handle with care.

Addition made after Provide Capital's allegation that my comments are fake news

So according to Provide Capital I am sharing fake news so I would like to assist potential investors by guiding them to where I found the articles and thus they can choose to verify if they wish to. Furthermore I discovered that ASIC have launched proceedings against Provide Capital in December 2022. You can shoot down the messenger but if you simply search "Australian financial review Provide Capital" or go to the ASIC site and search Provide Capital you will immediately find the articles I've mentioned. Again I would suggest beware. I'm not making allegations against the company. I am however sharing evidence that I discovered that raised concerns in my mind

Provide Capital have now edited their comment, deleting their previous allegation that I am spreading fake news to now indicating my comments are not based on a genuine consumer experience. I did infact have a genuine consumer experience. I spoke to Provide Capital while looking for a potential investment and after speaking to them I exercised due diligence, undertook some research and found the articles I have listed above. Pretty simple really. I suggest anyone considering investing with Provide Capital or for that matter, considering investing with any third party, should undertake their own research before parting with their hard earned cash.

Fantastic company with such a high level of service, no fees, min risk and genuine people.
Mario has blown us away with his patience and willingness to assist us all the way.
For us, it is very important that we do business with honesty, punctuality and professionalism while keeping our funds as safe as possible.
We will never leave our hard-earned money in the banks again due to the weak Gov guarantee that doesn't cover bugger all.
Yet with Provide Capital our money is not only getting a great return, but it is also much safer than investing it with financial planners that rip us off with fees while losing our money.
