Shumayum was nice and efficient. I am extremely frustrated with this company and it's processes. I have been calling steadily since November of last year and continue to get the run around regarding my rebate and utility credit. I signed on in April of 2022 and find your follow through terrible

Shumayum Fatima made all the difference today. I have been having difficulties dealing with Pronto and the uploading of files, but Shumayum sorted it out and reassured me that everything is ok!!! It has taken a great load off me. Thank you Shumayum very much.

When I called to the office, I was upset because of miscommunication regarding delivery of tankless water heater to previous vendor and bill settlement but the way Prachi handled my issue was amazing. She was professional but humble and when I was telling her the concerns, she was listening patiently and to my surprise she was on the same page instantly and answered all of my concerns and gave solutions as well to resolve the issue.
Prachi is an asset for Provincial Smart Home Services.

Scam Alert
I strongly suspect the positive reviews are AI generated. The Better Business Bureau has numerous complaints about this company and if you check out Camsumer ( Canadian website that warns of shady dealings) it advises you stay clear. I’m posting this because of an elderly neighbor who has been taken advantage of. Check things out throughly if considering this company.
