Beautiful vivarium at a great price. Easy to put together and comes labelled top & base, the cut is perfect and the vents already in. Recommend 100% - i got a 6ft for my bearded dragon and i was updated when delivery would be planned and the time frame.

Took 7 weeks to arrive but excellent quality and looks beautiful. Thank you

We have used ProVivs a couple of times and last had a successful delivery of a really nice 5-foot vivarium in December. Time between ordering and delivery was just over two weeks.

We ordered a vivarium cabinet in December and expected it to take little longer due to Christmas. Fast forward to end of January and still no updates. Contacted provivs twice and got no reply. It’s now mid February and no communication whatsoever regarding this order so now we’ve started a chargeback though the credit card company under section 75 to recover the money for this order.

Avoid this company!

There was an issue with the initial glass size as we ordered a custom size Viv which caused a mix up but the owner was extremely helpful and reordered the correct glass and delivered on Xmas eve personally..

I placed an order on the 16 October. Spoke to Steve at ProViv a few days later regarding the order, no problems at all. On the 27th October, requested to cancel due to circumstantial change and I haven’t received a response since. I’ve messaged on Facebook and via email and no response. Further to this I’ve now been blocked on social media platforms. Customer service is very poor. I would not recommend this company due to lack of communication frankly.

Absolutely chuffed to bits with our new 70 litre rack. Order process clear and simple. Customer service outstanding. Delivery was also outstanding, 03/09/2025. The rack was easy to assemble. Just perfect. Item as described. Very well made. Thank you.

This is the 2nd Provivs 6×2×2 (180cm x60cm ×60cm if you read it correctly🤷🏻‍♂️)
Ordered in grey, very easy to put together and absolutely rock solid once put together.
2 weeks from ordering to delivery due to glass order issues! But not an issue at all!
You can't compare some of the ones you buy flatpacked online (Been there done that)
These are quality and ridiculously heavy units! They aslo take fixing of equipment very well and you can even add evenly spaced legs! The only thing i struggled with was finding a glass lock that fits with a central support (eventually sorted with a showcase lock from the US)

Been using this one for just under 2 months to house a False water cobra, who utilizes every last bit of space provided

Being a high humidity species, extra steps were taked to seal this one including yacht varnish!
I'd expect it'll hold up as well as the other one! 😎

Communications could always be improved however this is a small business not a HUGE Team! So be patient!

Avoid this company!!! Ordered near £300 worth of stuff for our reptiles, but Steve felt that something wouldn’t fit right on one of the tanks. So decided not to send the parcel, or refund!!!!!! Ignored all emails. This happened in January and we are still trying to get a refund from him!!! Awful man!!!! Please do not give your money to this company.

Last year, I got 5 vivs from him, this year another 2. Next year I was going to have him replace another 8, and build my racks.

I placed two orders with him last month, that took a month to arrive, fair enough. But he turned up with one of them as he didn't see the second order. Sadly, I'd already started moving some stuff from inside so I had no choice but to order elsewhere and ask him for a refund. As per usual, his products are (usually, but more on that in a minute) great and his communication is the worst. 5 days later, I got a thumbs up to a message and the day after a refund. Sorry I was clearly a pain, it's not like it's him who missed an order... Oh, wait.

The 6 foot vivarium I bought, was actually only 5 foot 11, which isn't going to bother the snake but when it was a replacement for a fish tank, and ordered to be the same colour as the unit the tank was on, I am left with an inch gap at one end or a smaller one at both. Don't advertise in feet if you're not capable of working with them.

I had recommended him to a friend with a growing snake collection, and up until today I still would have done. But I found out today he's blocked my account. For what? Because he can't measure and can't organise?

All recommendations gone, and there's plenty out there doing the same work.

What a joke of a business.

Good build quality, just be prepared to wait a while for it, not the 1-4 weeks listed in email confirmation (might want to change that to give yourself a bit of breathing space. Under promise, over deliver.) Communication isn't fantastic but i got a response and further updates closer to delivery and a confirmed delivery date. Instructions were hand drawn but they did the job and it was easy to put together, the Snake has gone from a bungalow to a mansion.

So so disappointed, used this company for a number of years and I must admit the build quality of the vivs are decent however customer service is non existent! Never respond to emails, keep you posted on delays and you can’t even call them as they don’t list a contact number. Waited 6 weeks for my vivariums and no response or apology to my emails just a status update to say refunded!!! So so poor will never be using again and you shouldn’t either, don’t waste your time

AVOID!!! Took my money, 7 1/2 weeks and constant chasing and vivarium turned up. Totally useless, doesn’t fit together as has been rushed. 14 screws do not fit where they should and no contact. Disgusting and so disappointed. Please don’t waste your money.

Ordered a full loaded snake rack, emailed them multiple of times so see if there’s any updates etc. didn’t answer my emails and messaged again today and thankfully I’ve been refunded. Hopefully the money will go into my bank then can wipe my hands of this god awful company! Don’t waste your money.

Ordered a cabinet for a an existing viv I have and after a month noting had arrived. Attempted to chase but they don't respond to any comms. Currently trying to claim my money back through my bank - avoid this company.

Really good quality vivarium, I ordered a 6x2x3ft vivarium for my bearded dragon. It wasn't too difficult to build and the quality is excellent. Great customer service too.

First time customer and couldn’t be happier with my 7ftx3ftx2ft Viv. Up to 4 weeks for delivery and it came in 3, the owner of the business was incredibly helpful on delivery and lovely to speak to. The vivarium itself is just perfect and amazing quality. I have had a fair few vivs from other places and this one is definitely the best I’ve had and the easiest to build. I was a bit worried at first because the thought of no instructions can be daunting but I really didn’t need them. Not got a bad word to say.

This company was fast and efficient when it came to my order .. I ordered a 6x2x2 and came to complications when I had to collect ( my car broke down )
Steve helped me out and brought my viv home for me .. so stress free can't thank this guy enough
