Delighted with my new three-pan set!

I wanted to reach out and let you know how absolutely delighted I am with my recent order of the three-pan set (16cm, 18cm, and 20cm Copper Base saucepans).

I purchased them as warehouse seconds, and the quality of the pans is outstanding! The minor cosmetic flaws are barely noticeable. As I live nearby, it makes me incredibly happy to know that I am supporting a brilliant local business right here in the region.
I love them so much that I will definitely be adding to my set in the future, and I look forward to purchasing the matching milk pan down the line.

Well, i am impressed! Ordered with ease, delievered quickly had a query the got back to me same day and as for the frying pan, i am so pleased with this item really is worth paying a bit more for quality

The service from Pro-Ware was prompt. The saucepans were delivered well wrapped. They are very nice indeed, a good weight and thoughtfully designed. I would recommend them as excellent value.

I love my new chef pan. An excellent addition to my other proware pans and in near constant use. Does not stick and washes up beautifully.

We’ve not opened the packages yet but can’t wait to do so. So far so good - great service and the order arrived very quickly. We chose the set due to the other reviews so we have high hopes!

So I had a lot of problems and miss information from the courier not the company, I have to say that over 5 days the customer service was exemplary. The staff stayed in contact with me keeping me updated until I finally received my pans.On another note my new pans are amazing quality and just what I wanted. I would definitely recommend using this company.

We ordered two copper bottomed frying pans but, unfortunately, received incorrect ones. On contacting Proware they immediately sent the correct ones out on a next day delivery. I returned the incorrect order.
These pans are ideal & excellent quality. We were adding to a full set of saucepans bought from Proware several years ago. We were very impressed by the speed of reaction from Customer Service at Proware.

Great service, I had a query about the saucepans which was answered quickly and when I put the order in it was despatched almost immediately and came within 3 days. The pans are well made, look good and it was great to be able to buy something made in Britain
