I bought a brand new trans pro plus…

I bought a brand new trans pro plus heat press. It didn’t work from the beginning. I’ve been trying to work with them to replace this. Anthony is working tirelessly, but this is ridiculous that a brand new expensive heat press doesn’t work and I can’t get it replaced in a timely manner

A beautiful transfer

I was given instructions on how to submit my picture. The image was up to specifications so it was fixed and I received a beautiful transfer for my t-shirts. The only thing that was missing was how long to press but I figured it out.

Order timeliness-or lack thereof!

I placed this order on 7/10/2025.I had to email on to find out where the heck it was; like my order was just forgotten. It didn't ship until the week of 7/21. I needed this platen for items that had to ship by 7/25/2025. I received the platen on 7/25/2025, so of course I DID NOT make my deadline. Very disappointed.

Customer satisfaction poor handling

Placed a custom order over $900, heat transfers. When delivered the size was way off. Called customer service and was told it was are fault for approving artwork. We have ordered the same art 4 times, plus other multiple orders for years from the company. They could not find anything in their notes as to the size we ordered for the artwork, so they just made up the size to fit on their sheets, instead of making a phone call or reaching out to us by email. I asked the manager if there were no size details how did they determine the size of the artwork, he stated from the uploaded image, it was a zoomed in photo of one of the shirts we made previously, there is no way that would tell the size? The artwork is so big it won’t possibly fit on any shirt especially children’s, so we have 1150 transfers that we can’t use. They are the professionals and someone should have noticed the large size before completing that size of an order? Terrible customer service and the art department not following up when they didn’t see the art sizes in the notes. It was also our fault for approving, and assuming they followed our instructions for sizing? We will take our business elsewhere.

Lack of Follow-up

The review is regarding a recent issue I experienced while trying to place an order through your website. When I initially encountered the problem, I was told the site was being updated and to try again in an hour. Unfortunately, that one hour turned into a second phone call and ultimately a 24-hour delay before the issue was resolved.

During that time, I explained to customer service that this was a time-sensitive order and asked if the company would be willing to cover expedited shipping due to the delay caused by the system issue. I was told I would receive a follow-up call, but that call never came.

I’m disappointed in the lack of communication and support, especially considering the urgency I communicated.

There was some confusion about the…

There was some confusion about the delivery day of our order, but the customer service team corrected it and we were able to get our order done on time.
I will definitely use them again in the future. I just recommend using the chat feature on the website to contact the customer service team, as I could not get a response on the phone.
