Pro-World Starter Package
I am very happy with the starter package. Purchased the 16x20 press, Siser Romeo and the sublimation printer. Lots of vinyl to play with in the package. I know this is the beginning of a fun journey. Pro-World will be in my corner for the long haul. Very appreciative of the package for the money.

I was blow away with the customer service that I received from Pro World. They were so helpful when an item was out of stock. They reached out and offered an alternative and made sure that I was happy with the substitution. The shipping was crazy fast. I got the call on Sunday afternoon and received my order Tuesday. Thank you for providing such amazing customer service which is hard to find in today's world.

Very happy with my Transpro Plus 16x20
Super easy to navigate the website, study and make a selection and the icing is really fast delivery. I did have a question and Danielle was there, in person to assist. That was nice. Interacting with a real person. I watched a lot of videos before deciding on a press. Surprisingly enough the Transpro Plus 16x20 hit all of my hot buttons. I’d make a new list and the Transpro Plus always popped up when I pressed enter for the results. I’m very happy with my purchase.
