Ignores emails and no support
Sadly I cannot give this a positive review for this company.
I purchased their whmcs addon and could not get it working properly. The docs are also not very good.
I contacted Proxeuse for support but they have refused to respond to any of my emails since 28th November, and will not provide any support. So I asked for a refund, they ignored this too and have refused to refund me.
So I lodged a dispute with Paypal, but they have managed to scam paypal as well and convince them not to refund.
So based on this experience I cannot recommend to do any business with Proxeuse .

I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. We strive for complete satisfaction among our customers so it touches us deeply.
However, as it appears, a big mistake was made by PayPal. We requested PayPal to refund two-thirds of the purchase amount. The reason why we didn't issue a full refund is that you have full access to the source code which allows you to continue using the module. Now it appears that PayPal did NOT pay anything back to you.
We would like to make it up to you by installing the module in your WHMCS installation for free and we would also like to provide you with a 50% coupon code which may be used in any of our stores. We also want to consider a full refund if you wish. To be able to help you properly, please contact development@proxeuse.com.
