Started using this company approximately 4 to 5 years ago, at that time while there was minor issues support was good, especially for their pricing. Over the last year or 2, most issued proxies weren't working anymore, and what little response I could get from their support team was useless and never fixed the issue. Was promised a refund for the outages that we never received. There are much better proxy vendors out there, don't waste your money here!

This is a good company, don't be fooled by people who don't like this company. It's a good company. Again I say. This is a good company in every way.

Literally a scam, you buy residential proxies, you get data center proxies. They resell from ezproxies.

100% scam website. I really just don't understand how their website hasn't been shut down yet. They advertise their support as "live chat" when in reality you're contacting them by email or their terrible ticket system. Either way, they don't respond and I'm pretty sure their "staff" replies are automated or they're just bots. Their proxies are very easily detectable and very slow, a lot of times I would disconnect from online games. The UI (User-interface) is also terrible as well, very confusing when I first started using it. Thank the lord I only spent $7 dollars for the 5 proxies and I'm only losing a little bit of money because these proxies are as good as the free proxies you can find online.
