Proxify helped us out with a full stack developer. The proces went really quick, that was great for us, cause we were in the middle of our deadlines. I regret to share that my experience with this company as a developer applicant was disappointing. Upon applying, I was taken through an interview process that left much to be desired. After receiving the initial email, I encountered an issue with the link provided for booking a meeting with the recruiter specialist, as it had already expired by the time I received it. I quickly contacted them to explain the situation, and they promptly responded with a new link.

The first step of the process was an Intro Call, where the recruiter specialist explained the workings of the company and posed a few questions. However, I found the explanation to be delivered in a rather mechanical manner, as if they were simply reading from a presentation at an accelerated pace. I even requested the specialist to slow down, as I sensed a lack of personalisation and a reliance on a standardised template. Unfortunately, this trend continued throughout the call, with most of the questions already having been addressed during the application process. It became evident that my case details had not been thoroughly reviewed beforehand, reinforcing the impression of a template-driven approach. Furthermore, the specialist failed to refer to my CV or review it before initiating the call, at least that was my impression due to the questions asked.

In summary, my experience as a developer applying to work with this company was highly unsatisfactory. There was a notable lack of attention paid to individual cases and the assessment of previous experience during the application process. The delivery of information during the Intro Call felt impersonal, resembling a monotonous recitation rather than a personalised interaction. If you decide to undergo this process, you could expect a subpar experience characterised by a lack of individualised attention and a mechanical presentation style. That's what I got sadly.

I never worked with Talent as a Service company before and I was amazed how fast we were able convert from "the need" to "hiring an expert". We had a small delay, but that was mostly on our side.
I think your service is great, the website is well optimized for the buyer's journey and you, Peter, have been very helpful since our first call.
All of these areas from lead generation to purchase you do exceptionally well as a company, and I will recommend you anytime I will see the opportunity and I hope we can collaborate in the future to grow my team in partnership with Proxify.
