I can only recommend the company! We were helped very quickly and professionally. Our project was implemented faster and better than expected with the help of a freelancer. Our wishes and requirements were really taken care of.

Proxify have made hiring contractors very easy. The technical screening is excellent and saved our organisation a lot of work. They are also quick to reply and fun to work with.

When I first hired Proxify they gave me an estimation of 900h for a first version (MVP) of the mobile application I wanted to create.
After 3700h(!) they still weren’t done and I finally had enough and ended with them.

After ending with proxify I had another company taking over the project and they have now been working over 500 hours Only to fix bugs and cleaning up after proxify..

I understand that projects can be bigger than expected and that there can be some unexpected problems to solve, but in my case, it was the lies that kept me working with them.

Proxify seems to think it’s not their issue since they “just deliver me the developers”.. I don’t think that I, as a customer, should even have to consider the fact that people I hire are not honest about the work..

A few months before ending with proxify I talked to the head of sales and told him I was suspecting the developers were lying to me about the status of the project and wanted to end with them..
He talked to the developers and then he convinced me to continue the work since there was max(!!) 3 weeks until we could release the application.. without any hesitation.. I was very clear with them about the importance of them being honest with me because my budget was already blown up and I couldn’t afford go “another 3 weeks” and by the time of the deadline realize we weren’t any closer a release.. Anyway, they convinced me to continue but as usual they weren’t done when the deadline came. After this deadline they promised me it was just a few days left.. this continued for a couple of months but finally I had to realize that they would never finish.. As I wrote in the beginning of my post, I ended with Proxify when they had been working 3700 hours.. so the moving of deadlines was something that happened MANY times.. but the last time Proxifys head of sales saw himself what was happening… still Proxify don’t consider this their issue at all..
I hope nobody else have to go through the same thing trying to create their dream..

Everything is managed well, easy onboarding process and highly skilled workforce. Can definitely recommend! Also, thanks to Laetitia (our account manager) for making it go so smoothly!

Poor experience and communication with account manager.

The first proposed Go-Developer had way-less experience than written in the CV. The second proposed Go-Developer was interesting, but probably not available. NEVER heard again back from the account manager after asking friendly for an interview. The service of proxicy does not work, at least for us, if you have more concrete requirements than just building a fullstack-app.

My experience with Proxify has been nothing but amazing. Since the first contact until I had the Developers coming to help me building my product - always exceeding expectations. Raphaela has really client focus which makes everything easier. It was my first time working with Proxify but definitely will not be the last!

Proxify offers professional designers and developers that delivers with high quality, and to a good and reasonable price.

It is unusual for a consulting broker to deliver at a reasonable level in two of three categories such as knowledge, speed and price. Proxify has succeeded in not only delivering but to a large extent overdelivering in all three categories. I’ve hired plenty of consultants over the years and never experienced something even near what Proxify delivered regarding speed and knowledge. The fact that the service level is also extremely high is a very nice bonus. I absolutely recommend Proxify and will continue to use their services when needed. Undoubtedly.

I have had developers from Proxify the last 5 years in all my companies. I will continue using Proxify.
