I recently purchased a bandwidth-limited proxy from Them, hoping it would work with my application. Unfortunately, it didn't function as expected. According to their refund policy, if less than 20% of the bandwidth is used, a full refund should be provided. Since I used 0% of the bandwidth, I believed I was entitled to a refund.

However, when I reached out to customer support, they refused to honor this policy, citing a 24-hour refund window that doesn't seem to apply to bandwidth-limited proxies. They were unwilling to acknowledge the terms clearly stated in their own policy.

This experience has been frustrating and has left me disappointed with their customer service and lack of transparency. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer satisfaction and adhere to their stated policies in the future.

I make payment for a USA IP, the system gave me a Iranian proxy, Total lost of my money and Time. I tried help from site, bud they did not give me any feedback

I bought a proxy for webscraping and it was very reliable and fast, with unlimited bandwidth. My scraper uses a lot of bandwidth and other companies were charging $1/gigabyte. With this company I got unlimited bandwidth for $2/month which is perfect for my needs.

I have used this service for a month.
Simply saying, so disappointing.
I tried to extend my proxy. and they asked to create similar proxy, saying extend is not available.
So i created similar proxy and then I found that the service was significantly changed - being useless for my purpose - without notifying me earlier.
Just wasted my money.
I am now not using the proxy I created later.

Additionally, while using this service at first, suddenly faced the issue - Proxy was not working at all.
So i contacted customer service.
What they say is simply they dont want to resolve issue in their side and asking me to configure this, that, blablabala, finally after few hours, I did nothing and proxy again worked.
So i asked again and they still dont know why.

I loved It. They have the best proxies.

They say they have open ports for mail smtp etc etc, but they dont!!! Liars

Worst customer support ever! They will argue for days instead of fulfilling a request. Even a simple one, like sending an invoice. Their excuses are just outright lies. They say it's impossible, but it magically becomes possible when you threaten with a bad review.

Update: Support said they're proxies are not guaranteed to work. Here is what they said:

"By default our proxies do not have any restrictions and should allow access however please note we cannot guarantee that it will work 100% and accurately on every user end and in every use of case..."

And they said they could not refund if a static residential changes locations and causes your online accounts to get banned.

Static Residential Proxies from proxy cheap are not actual static...

The first static residential I bought had a location of Virginia USA, but then changed to New York USA without me knowing.

Static residentials should not change locations.

I contacted support and they said that static residentials will rotate to different locations🤔

The second representative said the first representative was incorrect lol

Proxy-cheap if you see this and want to help me out. Please let me know...

The brand website is user friendly plus the proxies offered are fast and reliable.
