My experience at Proxyeed
I visited Proxyeed on my recent trip to London and purchased a pair of Chicago Dunks. Proxyeed has extremely friendly and helpful staff and is by far the best sneaker store in London (I visited all of the sneaker stores) the prices are very reasonable when you take into consideration the experience they provide you with and the ease of purchase of high end rare shoes. They have a great selection of shoes with varying prices of relatively low to high meaning there is something for everyone. I would highly recommend buying from Proxyeed.

They lost my shoe in the store
My order was cancelled due to them apparently loosing the pair of shoes in the store. Above that, they are taking 10 days to give the refund! This was a shoe i’ve had my eye on for months aswell! 😐

Hey, really sorry you had a bad experience, as explained on email, we had the shoe on display in store and have misplaced the other shoe. We issued the refund on the same day, but any delay in you receiving this refund is unfortunately out of our hands - This is down to the payment provider.

We immediately refunded the sale to you, and I believe the delay is due to your payment being through PayPal. Ordinarily these refunds take 3-7 days.
