How proxys.io Treats Loyal Customers

I have been using proxys.io for more than 3 years. On average I spent around $50 every month, so over time it adds up to a fairly significant amount of money. The service used to be more or less fine, which is why I kept using it. But now the situation has become honestly terrible.

The support team has become toxic and completely incompetent. The operator constantly gets confused in their own answers. You write about one specific problem, and they start responding about something completely different. It often feels like the person either doesn’t read the message properly or simply doesn’t understand the issue.

There was a situation where I needed to cancel a proxy almost immediately after purchasing it. I contacted support literally a few minutes after the payment asking to cancel the service. Despite the fact that I have been a customer for more than three years, they simply refused. It honestly felt like the employee was just looking for a reason to be confrontational or take out their frustration on a customer. It is very strange to see this kind of treatment toward someone who has been paying the service regularly for several years.

I originally used this service because of its relatively reasonable prices. But now even that advantage is gone. Prices have increased, and there are many alternatives on the market with better pricing, stronger reputations, and most importantly — much better customer support.

Another important issue is the account balance. If you have, for example, $100 on your account and after dealing with support you decide you no longer want to use the service, you simply cannot withdraw your money. There is no withdrawal function at all.

Overall, a service that used to be acceptable now leaves a very negative impression. With this kind of attitude toward long-term customers, I have no desire to continue using it.

I started using Proxys for a side…

I started using Proxys for a side project that required stable connections across multiple accounts. I expected the usual headaches, but it turned out to be surprisingly smooth. The site is completely unfriendly to…

The site is completely unfriendly to its customers. As a network and cybersecurity specialist, I have the expertise to explain why the issued product doesn't meet the stated requirements. Instead of addressing the issue and replacing it with a cheap product, the technical support staff flaunts their peacock tail and cites the service's formal terms of service, namely, that their site isn't licensed in my country of residence (even though over four years of working together hadn't stopped them – how hypocritical and stupid that is). Approximately half of the proxies issued by this service won't meet the stated requirements, and the other half will be blacklisted. You might say it's my own fault for working with them, but I'll tell you that it was sufficient for my needs, but after technical support refused to replace my product, my patience snapped. Farewell forever, I sincerely wish for your site to close down so that someone more reputable can take your place.

Mixed experience with proxy stability

I expected a more consistent proxy setup, but in practice the ip addresses were not as stable as I anticipated. Changes still occured which made it harder to maintain long consistent sessions and affected my workfflow

A typical SCAM site selling air

A typical scam site selling air. Don't waste your time and money on these proxies. They're blacklisted by Cloudflare. They don't refund your money, and they don't replace the proxies with working ones. Tech support talks such nonsense that you can just die laughing.

Do not buy their IPs

Do not buy their IPs; they will refuse refunds. Most of their IPs are of very poor reputation and have been blacklisted by reputable agencies like Cloudflare.

Wrong Geo (Panama instead of US) and useless bot support

I purchased US IPv4 proxies, but instead, I received IPs from Panama. This is completely unacceptable. I tried to resolve this with support, but there are no real humans there — just bots answering with templates and scripts. They ignore the actual problem. Wasted my money and time. Do not recommend.

I purchased a Residential IPv4 proxy from proxys.io for 4 USDT, but it doesn't seem to be working.

Checked with dophinanty and adspower.

As expected, there's no response from their support team in webpage chat and telegram )

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service and support. The issue with the proxies arose some time after the purchase. When I contacted support, I provided all the necessary evidence, including order numbers, but instead of resolving the issue, I was met with excuses and misleading information.

Support claimed that:

The proxy issues affected all orders, including new ones.
Replacement or any modifications to my current order were not possible.
However, I placed a new order, and it activated without any issues, clearly proving that their statements were false. Despite this, they refused to provide a replacement or compensation, simply telling me to wait and giving vague promises to "resolve the issue within a few hours."

The lack of honesty and accountability, even when presented with evidence, is unacceptable. I wasted valuable time, my work was delayed, and my trust in the service is completely gone. I strongly advise against using this service if you expect reliable support and transparent communication.

this was the worst support experience ever. It seems that the support employee mocks you politely and makes fun of the fact that you spent money and did not read their rules. Everything according to the rules - I do not recommend it to anyone. Other services are much more friendly, enter the situation and go to meet the client. I hope this business goes bankrupt!
