These people are thiefs. They billed me and wouldnt let me cancel. I asked Ihor from customer support for a refund and he said no its not his proble. They make it exceptionally hard to cancel as well. Find a better provider

That said, we do want to verify your specific case and resolve it as quickly as possible. For security reasons, please don’t share payment details publicly — instead, contact our support team via a ticket and include: the invoice number, charge date/time and amount, the email used for the purchase (it may be different), and the last 4 digits of the card or the transaction reference.
Once we have this, we’ll check the payment logs and confirm the outcome.

I've bounced around to about 4 different providers this year, and ProxyWing is the first one where I'm not fighting blocks. I bought their proxies and i'm very satisfied. Importantly, the IP quality is superb, they show a 0 fraud score and aren't flagged as a VPN or server.

Regarding the 2/100 proxies that didn’t start: sorry about that. In rare cases a node/session can fail on the first attempt due to upstream availability or routing changes, and swapping is the right move. If you ever see it again, please ping our support with the order ID/time range — we’ll investigate and make sure everything is stable on our side.
Also glad you mentioned the non-expiring traffic model — we designed it exactly for users who don’t want “use-it-or-lose-it” billing.
