This clinic is run by cowboys
I made an appointment with this clinic upon which they charged me £50. They said it would be deducted from any treatment I might have when there. I fell badly ill and called them 32 hours before the appointment to ask NOT for a cancellation but for a reschedule of it. I was told that their system would not accept a reschedule of appointments and that I had to cancel in order to make another appointment. They said because of the cancellation, my £50 would not be returned to me. I am pursuing the matter from legal channels even if it costs me more than £50 to do so. It is a matter of principle. These people are cowboys not to be trusted.

Our policies, including the 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, are clearly communicated at every stage of the booking process: on our website, within confirmation emails, and during direct correspondence. These terms are neither hidden nor applied selectively. The £50 deposit is not a penalty, but a standard industry practice designed to protect the time and resources allocated specifically to a confirmed appointment.
We fully appreciate that illness is beyond anyone’s control. However, in a clinical setting, policies must be applied consistently and fairly to all patients. Making individual exceptions would undermine the integrity of the booking system and is not operationally feasible.
The vast majority of our patients will attest to the professionalism, care, and integrity with which we operate. We prioritise clinical outcomes and patient welfare, while maintaining clear and fair operational policies to ensure the clinic functions responsibly.
It is also important to note that during our communications, inappropriate and abusive language was directed towards members of our staff. While we did not escalate this at the time, such behaviour is unacceptable. Our team is entitled to a safe, respectful, and professional working environment.
To date, no financial institution has contacted us in relation to this matter. You are, of course, entitled to pursue any external avenues you consider appropriate. We are confident that we have acted transparently, reasonably, and in full accordance with our stated policies.
I booked an appointment with PRP London…
I booked an appointment with PRP London clinic. They charged my credit card as a guarantee against any short notice cancellation the appointment. Twenty eight hours before the appointment, I woke up with high fever and infection. I called the clinic NOT TO CANCEL the appointment but to RESCHEDULE it, but I was told that their system could not ‘reschedule’ and that the £50 I had paid them as deposit would not be refunded! My bank is involved and is chasing them. A consumer lawyer confirmed that the clinic has acted unlawfully. Be very careful with these cowboys.

These aren’t hidden, nor are they unique to your case. The £50 deposit is not a penalty — it’s a standard industry practice to protect the time and resources allocated specifically to your appointment.
We completely understand that falling ill is outside of anyone’s control. However, fairness requires consistency. If we were to make exceptions in one case, we would need to make them for all — and that simply isn’t practical in a clinic where appointments are carefully structured and time-sensitive.
Most of our patients will gladly attest to the way we treat them — with care, honesty, and a relentless commitment to outcomes. We value results over revenue. But that does not mean our team or our policies can be disregarded or disrespected.
It’s also important to mention that during our communications, you repeatedly directed abusive language at our staff. While we chose not to escalate the matter at the time, no one has the right to speak to our team in a disrespectful or aggressive manner. Our staff deserve to work in a safe and professional environment.
To date, no bank has contacted us regarding this matter. You are, of course, free to involve any third party you feel is appropriate. We have acted transparently and fairly, and we stand firmly behind the policy and how it was applied.
Avoid at all costs! Poor customer service and treatment quality
Absolutely awful place with rude team and service. They have incredibly limited slots for sessions and are horrendously unaccommodating. I had the worst experience of my life not to mention very poor service and no results regarding laser hair removal. Please save your money and go elsewhere!

I’ve tried several clinics in London, some were good and some were fine but this place was outstanding. I felt attended too and the service was second to none which elevated it above other clinics.
