I emailed PYRA explaining my frustration and the immediately contacted me and started investigating. The customer service they provided was outstanding and they even replaced my order and mailed it to my aunt’s house per my request. AVOID - NICKEL ALLERGY
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this shop.
I ordered a pair of earrings that took a very long time to arrive. After contacting them, they told me to wait, which I did—patiently—for over a week, but the tracking never progressed. Eventually, they agreed to send a replacement, which arrived within two days. That part was handled decently, and I appreciated the effort.
However, when I finally received the earrings, I had a severe allergic reaction within minutes of wearing them. My ears started itching, burning, and even bleeding shortly after putting them on. I’ve worn gold-plated jewellery for decades without any issue because I’m allergic to nickel and always choose nickel-free items. For these earrings to cause such a violent reaction suggests there was nickel present, despite the listing not making this clear.
When I raised the issue with them, they pointed to their “private policy” instead of acknowledging the lack of transparency. In my opinion, if there is nickel in the product—even under the plating—it should be clearly stated on the product page. I’ve never seen such poor labelling from any other jewellery shop.
On top of that, they asked me to leave a review for the earrings before I even received them. I tried to post an honest review explaining the delay, and it was never published. This has happened more than once, which makes me believe they selectively publish only positive reviews to mislead potential buyers. That’s not just unethical—it may not even be legal.
They did end up refunding me, but the overall experience—from shipping issues to misleading advertising, hidden ingredients, and filtered reviews—was unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

We sincerely apologise for the delivery issue caused by Royal Mail. According to the tracking information, your item reached London Central MC on July 10th and was being prepared for local delivery. Unfortunately, what happened to the original shipment beyond this point is unclear and outside of our control however, we are investigating this with Royal Mail.
We’re also very sorry to hear about your allergic reaction to the earrings. This is quite uncommon, especially since you’ve previously ordered earrings from us made with the same materials without any issues. Our jewellery is made from consistent materials, and as noted on our website, they may contain trace amounts of nickel.
While nickel isn’t something we can detect by eye, we’ll be taking the remaining earrings from this batch and having them professionally tested to ensure safety and quality.

Name necklace
I had a necklace made for my sister, with both her children’s names on it! We loved it straight away but after wearing it everyday after about 9 months it started to discolour. I emailed PRYA and they got it sorted straight away! They had no issue in processing a new one and getting it sent out, it’s so beautiful and my sister was so lost without wearing it! Replacement necklace
I ordered a name necklace for my daughter last Christmas. Unfortunately it tarnished. I contacted Prya. They offered to replace the necklace. (no charge) I received it a few days ago and it is as beautiful as the original. Gave it to my daughter today and she is so made up with it.

I ordered a gold plated 3 name chain. The first time I was sent a chain which was silver and very poorly made. It scratched my neck. Then after complaining after almost one month they resent me another one. And guess what silver again!!!
This is just outrageous behaviour. Very disappointed.

Not the best quality materials
Had to order 2 different personalised name bracelets as the name bar was turning copper/silver after 2 weeks wearing on the first one. I ordered the gold plated one.
Customer service was brilliant (hence 2 stars) and quickly responded and reordered me a replacement in a different style at no extra charge.
However, the name bar on this bracelet is now almost fully silver. I have now been refunded the cost of the bracelet but am still down the shipping fee as that wasn’t refunded.
I ordered another bracelet in a complete different style (not personalised) and have had absolutely no issues with this one at all. I wear it constantly (bed, shower etc)
Prya didn’t submit my review on the item either which is disappointing.
