"Unfortunate Experience with Prymeo – Would Not Recommend
I had a very negative experience with Prymeo, and I would strongly advise others to avoid their services.
After handing over my property for management, I encountered multiple issues with their service. Despite being charged a £132 cleaning fee for each booking of my 2-bedroom property, the property was consistently left in poor condition. I found rubbish, dirty towels, and even mouldy food in the fridge and microwave.
I requested a detailed breakdown of the cleaning charges from each booking, but my requests were ignored, leaving me frustrated. I was told the property would be cleaned after guests left on the 19th of August, but when my new guests arrived, the property was in an unacceptable state—flies, dirty bedding, and towels everywhere. I had to pay for a deep clean myself.
I also requested a change of ownership on Booking.com, but they did not follow through. When I contacted Booking.com, they confirmed no action had been taken.
This entire experience has been disappointing and frustrating, and I would strongly recommend avoiding Prymeo if you value your property and time.
