Great expertise and explanation with information on risks and estimates as well.
Patrick provides a deep insight into the property and educates you as well as we go along.
Even small things are mentioned which might not be a big problem but just for the buyers awareness that could be problems in future. Big issues are of course discussed in depth and pros and cons are discussed.
Highly recommended if you are going to buy a house - please use Patrick's expertise as it will help you in so many ways.
