Please donot use this Bank. There are several other banks in Germany that provides better services
I have a mortgage contract with this provider, but communication has been very poor.
Payments are debited without clear explanation or an agreed payment plan. For example, in the first month I was charged three times the agreed installment, even though the bank loan was issued in the middle of that particular month. This is not the common practice in Germany.
In addition, I was charged interest for a loan that had not yet been disbursed for a period of three months. A form of commitment fee without any notification, letter, or prior information was provided; the amounts were simply debited from my account.
Each time I contact customer service, my issues remain unresolved. I am either contacted another day or time to follow-up or solution.
