Very bad is:
1.) not all games / DLCs can be found here. For me it was Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty, in PSDeals not existing.
2.) support. Forget it. You can write emails, but NEVER will get any reaction or answer.

Support just doesn't respond. But they want money!
I was offered a 70% discount for the premium feature of the app in iOS, I bought it, after 3 days it was unilaterally canceled by psdeals. Without comment!
My mails and Telegram messages are being ignored.
No option to turn off auto renew even tho they said its on subscription page. Super shady.
