Fantastic software saved me 40 percent in time alone.
Great company, I have been a property sourcing for many years and have my own well oiled routine, I wasn’t sure how this software would help me. After contacting them they offered me a money back trial and all I can say is wow, a sequence which was taking me an hour to do my tried and tested way took this software seconds, it does everything I need it to do so quickly that I now have much more time available to get new clients on board and find even more properties.
The great thing is I had a few suggestions of my own and not only did they respond to the feedback but they had implemented my suggestion within days. It’s finally good to deal with a company who actually use the product they sell themselves, they understand the market we operate in and constantly work to find solutions.
I have only been using this software a month but have already sourced two properties I wouldn’t otherwise have spotted and even better I have dropped a property I was pursuing as the software showed me that I had got my figures wrong and it wouldn’t stack as a good deal.

Fantastic software
Fantastic software. Helped me to identify properties in SE London which represented real value for money and/or opportunities for significant capital value increases. Will 100% be using this to find my next project and the updates that are being added are really useful - keep ‘em coming!!
