Nightmare
An absolute nightmare from start to finish. The photos were fake. It was supposed to be a garden view but instead it looked out onto a dirty parking lot. There's been no hot water for four weeks. After reporting the problem, the lady apparently sent technicians without first checking if anyone was home. I don't recommend it.

Trust worthy and professional
I have been using this agency for rental in Phuket for more than 6 years. This team is very professional and always aim to solve problems if there’s any. Easy to communicate with and very friendly and polite. I am very glad to run into them in the beginning of moving here.
