There is0 zero anticheat on psn cheating is rampant In Japan and Europe but psn doesn't care they only care about profit. Ps safety is an authoritarian sect that bans you even if you tell someoneto go cry but allows users to harass others as long as they don't use foul language.they ban you hold all your games hostage even though you paid for them.now this nerver happened to me because i have all chat disabled but have been shown evidence of this.they violate Americans freedom of speech daily.do yourself a favor avoid this use xbox. Stay away from sony. Sony is anti American and should be treated as such.

What a scam . Ther its no contact to them anywhere. I buy i games like cod ghost or bf hardline long time ago digital versions. Remove them from ps4 as not space . I try download today but looks like the want me pay for the games again!!!! Refund me my money scambags!!

Psn are better then Microsoft, Sony are the way forward, never had a single issue with my psn account purchasing or using any psn console or app always best games on the monthly games for members, all round brilliant company keep it up guys/girls your doing great

They only wish to take your money and throw your problem in the trash. You get one refund for your entire life and they call it something stupid like the good graces plan ha ha. Well as we all know your account can become compromised, glitches happen, and much much more. So even if someone steals your console and buys everything under the sun they are willing to refund you one purchase lol dumbest thing I've ever heard. Then they also are only able to refund the money to your PSN wallet so you never really get your money back anyways. Best solution is to never buy their crap if I could go back in time I would never buy anything playstation ever ever ever.
