PSOnline.shop stripe account cancelled due to "high risk"
I finally managed to get on to the discord channel. If you look back through 2 or 3 pages on Trustpilot you will find the URL to this page. On Discord someone is acting as the go-between for the clients vs the shop. Gathering all the questions and finding out the answers. The shop has posted photos of stock (cardboard boxes only), photos of the KVK address change, screenshots of PostNL deliveries shipped, and also a cancellation by Stripe (payments processing platform). The last one is worrying as they have cancelled the account as it is marked "high risk". It could be due to the number of complaints. While the shop tries to resolve this they will have trouble refunding customers. Also they have some sort of discussion ongoing with PostNL so deliveries aren't going out anymore. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt however while my payment is protected (Credit card company) if I do actually receive a PS5 then I'm afraid there will be zero after-sales if something breaks. I'm not convinced either than the company will be around in 1 or 2 years. So I have decided to cancel and wait for the bigger retailers to restock.

The money was refunded automatically so its not a scam.

They held my money for 3 months and then cancelled my order for no reason, with no explanation. Many people had the same and many did not get their money back.
Unbelievable, be aware of them and please do yourself a favour and avoid them

I wrote to them twice. I haven't received still a track and trace for my order 6218, while people with higher order numbers already got the track and trace number.
Also I found that my order does not appear on the customer page, although I paid and I have a reference number for that.

Keep your money safe
Pre-ordered a PS5 Digital edition on the 22th of September, paid the full amount, got the confirmation email and as many others that was the last contact i had with these scammers. My faith in a delivered product or at least a refund is gone.
I only posted this review to warn potential victims to please keep their money safe. Do not order anything from them. Expensive lesson learned!

My friend ordered from this website on the 14.11. Tried calling them 5 times and was put in the waiting line for almost 2 hours. Now the lines are closed and he submitted 7 cancellation forms over the course of 10 days, still no response and we still didn’t get our money back. Order number 18639.

update1: ongeveer een derde van ons werd gebeld en ze beweren dat de banken de voortgang van de levering vertragen. Ze moeten nog enig bewijs of document laten zien om aan te tonen dat ze geen "ijsblokjes aan eskimo's" proberen te verkopen.

Ordered a PS5 digital version and they have closed their telephone helpdesk service. According to them its because the telephone line is busy because of all the late preorders they were supposed to ship on november 19th
Emailing them takes 4 days for a response according to them and i have yet to hear back from them (not counting the auto response)
Tomorrow will be the deadline november 25th. They left a message on their website that the order will be shipped between november 19 and 25. I have lost faith in them and that's why i wrote my review 1 day ahead of the deadline. I will return to edit my review if there are any updates on my order status
update1: about a third of us were called and they claim that the banks are the ones involved in delaying the delivery process. They have yet to show any kind of proof or document to show that they are not trying to sell "ice cubes to Eskimos" with their stories

Update 26/11 email received today saying problems with being asked to leave premises ( which i have been told they were never at ), there bank account blocked ( an account they allegedly never had ) and they have €260,000 to refund people ( which if true, then why have people not been refunded sooner and the €260,000 is by sheer coincidence, in a blocked account ). I have given them 7 days to refund. This info has been found out for me by someone who is looking to take a less Liberal approach to this than I am !!
26/11 looked on discord. Email address given to request refund from psonline.shop. surprise surprise...emails returned unable to deliver. This is a scam and police notified.
8/12 No reply to emails, no callback as promised within 2 days ( now a week since requested ). I have a client who works for ING and have asked her to check on the so called block. Will update if and when she gets any info, although she will be limited as to what I can be told as this is done behind the scenes.

Made a Ps5 pre-order in mid October, called today to change it to deposit, had to call twice but was met with a really nice guy who easily answered all my questions and refunded the money immediately. 5 stars one the Ps5 is delivered.

I placed an order and paid in full with iDeal for the PS5 disk edition. Now I want to cancel my order and get my money back. I wrote an email, used the communication box in the website too but so far no reply back yet.
Update1: After one week, after 3 emails and trying to call the number (That does not work, no answers at all) no reply back and no refund. Think about it before placing an order in this website.
Update2: No Email, No calls, telephone number impossible to reach out.
Update3: Finnaly, last friday after staying online (trying) for 2hours. A kind gentlemen answered my call and processed my cancellation. After 3 days I received my money back.
I struggle to evaluate this website and don't feel neither to recommend neither to not.
They should have made cancellation and refund more easy and the website should be built not to misslead people like they want to appear an official Sony website.
For this reason my rating will be 2.
