Exactly what I ordered, long wait, worth it in the end.
This company made beautiful shoes. They were exactly what I ordered, and seem nicely finished. I wanted a very specific shoe (low heel, leather, mary-jane strap), and this website was a godsend to be able to get that shoe, and all of the fantastic customisation options they offer. Mine were swede and there was also thoughtfully included brush and spare heels.
The reason I am giving 4/5 is the estimated delivery time was 6-8 weeks, and unfortunately this actually took a little over 12. They could have been packed better, for £200 shoes, the box could probably use some extra paper inside to stop them getting moving around and getting bashed/scuffed in case of rough handling during postage, but they did arrive undamaged.
The company were excellent at replying to emails however, which is much appreciated, and mentioned they'd been having supply issues. I would order from pssstshoes again, but certainly well in advance.
