Don’t have to be psychic to see what this is …

The company does psychic readings and offers a soulmate sketch. Having ordered one out of curiosity, it was duly emailed to me with a reading. Turns out when my best mate ordered one she got the exact same sketch and reading. It must be a two timing soulmate that’s turning-up in 4 to 5 months time. Asked for a refund but the gist of the reply is it takes time to understand the psychic world. Really? Other comments on the Facebook thread say they got the same pic as in the advert. Hardly professional.
