Incredible company to work for!! A real family run business, they really care about their readers and are so supportive. Their is no pressure to do set hours you log on and off as you are able to. Payments always correct and always on time. I love this company as it couldn't be more professional flexible and supportive. I also feel as a reader they care about clients and are the most genuine about the high standards of service they provide. Outstanding on all levels!

This is is a great company, everyone is entitled to their opinion, however, when you come for a reading ,you are doing so using your own free will, it’s personal responsibility and choice, readers are not meant to tell you what you want to hear, or tell you what to do, that again is entirely your own decision, some callers become very upset when this happens . I have read many negative reviews, and to say some readers have dark energy, is a reflection on them , not the reader, that is a very strong, unkind, thing to say about another person,, remember, you can always put the phone down? And don’t call back . I have never had any problems with this company or their readers, keep up the good work

I have heard some very extraordinary absurd and inaccurate reviews about employment with psychic sofa. Those reviews are completely unjustified!
This is a completely genuine review and is not written for effect as some have written to blacken the name of this phenomenal and leading service in spiritual and psychic communication
Psychic sofa has never complained to me about my calls or little time I have given to the job and they have never pressured me-In a week I have earned sometimes £20 and other times £400. There are not many psychic companies that can give that security or flexibility.
I can put in 40 hours or 2 hours and it, s reflective!
They pay exactly on time, and you can rely on the money, if you put the hours in-Psychic sofa are fair!!
They are not bullies. That is tantamount to libel.
in fact, quite the opposite -their ethics and guidelines and interactions engender growth and respect and positive promotion. I have the most honest and humanistic intentions with my work and i personally would not choose another platform-I can see myself working for sofa into retirement years-They have some of the world’s top psychics and they treat such talented special folks with absolute respect - I admire the psychic sofa format and the whole team and am proud to provide my services through their platform for 4 years.

Firstly, I have worked on four self employment generating sites, and I would only recommend Psychic Sofa. I have many new invitations to work too, but find most other sites rude and uncouth, or they have low standards of protection for their psychics, and let customers with extremely bad manners attack the psychics.There is no big boss pressure at Psychic Sofa, or managers full of their own ego. There are literally no staff members, who want to give seasoned workers, a list of new tricks daily; Psychic Sofa is a second home. Nobody at Psychic Sofa feels the need, to pull me about like an alien with special powers. There are no massive £100.00 deductions taken in a random manner, from wages, that have in the past left this worker without funds completely (unlike one site). There are no red tape decisions made by egotistic owners, who sit in their ivory towers and demand their pound of flesh from small humble workers. Never have I not been paid by Psychic Sofa in a regular caring manner, or completely left out for two months (unlike one site). Never have I been exposed to shameful situations, which left me feeling like I had nowhere to turn (unlike one other site). I am not made to feel like a puppet, or a work horse and I am treated with respect and honoured as an individual at Psychic Sofa. There is no forced work programme and staff are distant loyal and kind. I am constantly asked to return to sites I have left previously, but I know where I am better off, I prefer to be treated like a human being, warts and all.

I have been working as a reader with Psychic Sofa for 5 years now. I find them to be very friendly and professional. The recruitment process was very straightforward forward and they are always on hand if you need any help or advice. I’m reading some bad reviews on here talking about unexpected costs and I have honestly never experienced this. I have never been harassed by employees or told I must log on. The hours are very flexible to suit you.
If you have a gift and have been thinking about joining a platform then I would recommend this company. They have a great customer base and really look after their readers.

I started working on psychic sofa in 2017 after leaving another site. I can safely say this is the best place to work, staff are very supportive when there is an issue, they help as much as they can, nothing is dismissed by them.

You are self employed you choose when you want to work and when you don't,there is no pressure to be here every day, and they certainly do not harass you, you are a member or a respected team of professionals !

I’ve been working with Psychic Sofa for two years and haven’t had any problems at all. I also work on another platform but prefer Sofa as their system, with its automatic log off facility, is more reader friendly plus they do an excellent job of keeping the site busy. On the rare occasions I’ve contacted them I’ve received a prompt reply. There’s an excellent dashboard to show how much revenue has been generated and it’s consistently been above the minimum wage (although I do work more than ten hours a week). Basically, I haven’t experienced any of the issues mentioned in previous reviews. I was fully informed of pay rates etc when I signed up and it’s worked out pretty well. As with any business it takes a little while to build up a regular customer base but if you’re a good reader that people want to call again it’s fairly easy to achieve on such a vibrant site. I’d definitely recommend Sofa as a good company to work with.

Hi I work for physic sofa and they have always treated me with respect and I am always paid for my work weekly I only do a few hours because I have other work to do but I can recommend them

I have been working with the sofa for a number of years! Absolutely amazing staff, so helpful and polite. I receive my earnings promptly every week. I have tried other platforms, however the Sofa is the only one that will provide me with true clients and payments. I really enjoy being apart of an amazing platform for people. In the multiple years I've been a reader with Psychic Sofa, I've enjoyed primarily the no-pressure flexibility of being able to log on if, when, and for however long I choose to - especially when life gets hectic. Payment is weekly and reliable, and often slightly more than I was anticipating. The majority of callers are really lovely and often return time and time again.
I always receive kind and helpful responses from the team when I've needed anything, and no hassle when I've needed a few weeks off due to moving. Having worked for another company previously and had a negative experience all round, I was incredibly glad to find a positive experience here. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Worked as a telephone reader here for 3 years having been a professional reader for over 10 years and worked for several similar companies. Recruitment process involves giving test readings & studying training materials on best practice, legal requirements & administrative instructions. Reasonable rate of pay paid promptly each week with a £2 deduction for admin cost. Currently the pay is £15-18/hr but paid only for talk time so the more customers that come to you, the more reliable the income becomes. There will be quiet times but generally the calls keep you busy. Friendly family team is there on hand to help readers with any queries. Good software portal for logging on, tracking talk time & payments, accessing training documentation & optionally filling in calendar of planned working hours so customers can plan when to call you. No pressure to work minimum hours or night shifts. Log on or off at any time. Callers are very genuine & loyal to the company. Never had an issue with anything at all. If you are a good reader & can adapt to the special skills needed for conducting readings over a telephone then this is a great opportunity to have a rewarding job. Highly recommended!
