Fantastic company to work for. Training was very straight forward and everything explained really well. They give you complete freedom as to when you log on, no pressure and no required set shifts. Payment is always on time with the opportunity to earn a higher rate if you put the effort in. I can see myself being with them for a very long time.

I've only been working for psychic sofa for a short while now.. The help and support I got from the very beginning was amazing. I now choose when I want to work, and how long I want to work. Login on and off is so easy. I would seriously recommend psychic sofa as a company to anyone.

During my time spent with Psychic sofa I've been able to have the flexibility to log on at my own discretion, the company is very good to work for you will always receive calls and you can earn as much or as little as you like, & very helpful staff in the back ground to assist you if needed, hence I needed to change my phone line to another one due to a temp change of location which was dealt with. The Psychic Sofa is a great company to work for. They allow readers to work the hours they choose which makes a very flexible lifestyle possible. My life has been challenging recently with health issues, so it's been a God send to be able to use my natural gifts and passion for helping others on the days I've had the strength. My aim is to keep building up the positive relationship I have with customers on the service and deepening my own spiritual practice which helps me heal myself. The service is allowing me the work life balance I needed to allow me the time and space to fully embrace my spiritual gifts of clairvoyance and mediumship. Being a Sensitive or Empath can be draining and you must learn how to manage your own energy or else you can burn out. The Psychic Sofa has a professional service and rigorous interview process to ensure you are a caring, compassionate person as well as having psychic skills and abilities. I was actually made to give a positive review by the marketing company i was working for at the time to boost their ratings.

Psychic sofa had told many lies in their reply in response to my negative review about them as an employee. In fact their reply is full of lies. I explain.
They argue I was sacked due to missed calls.this is not true. I had one or two but not many. I was sacked because my call holding time fell between 10-14 minutes according to Beverley emai to me. I have email exchanges between Beverley and me to prove that.
It was 100% Beverley who called me on my mobile and warned me, give me one week to improve myself and maintain 16 minute call holding time that’s why she called me week later and sacked me. I have email exchange to prove.

It was 100% Beverley I complained and said “I can not believe you will do something like this during my sickness” but it fall on deaf ears. I have an email to prove this.
I have missed calls may be one or two. I had warning but no training sessions were arranged or held by psychic sofa.
It is cruel and inhumane to sack people during their sickness.
I always read my reviews. People gave me positive reviews telling me I was accurate, spot on and my predictions were coming true. I do not have a single negative reviews so I take it as 100% positive feedback. In fact I have read psychic sofa reviews on trustpilot and no one complained or mentioned me in their negative reviews.
Psychic sofa is telling lies in their reply to defend their decision to sack me during my sickness. I have email exchanges between Beverly and me to prove that they are lying in their reply to my negative review.

Great company to work for! I am a Tarot Reader with Psychic Sofa. I have worked for other companies that put pressure on to work more hours to the point of 'burn out'. Psychic Sofa, to me has shown a good balance between duty of care and requesting extra hours from it's Readers, without the pressure of working set shifts or amount of hours. I think their Facebook page is far more interesting, enlightening and entertaining than most, and there is a good balance between what people might find interesting and promotion. I found the application process to become one of their Readers was professional and organised. The member of staff was really informative and helpful. If anyone is reading this and thinking of becoming a Reader, or feeling disillusioned with another company, I would certainly recommend Psychic Sofa.

I work with psychic sofa as a telephone reader and have done for around 18 months. Apart from my introduction onto the platform, I have liaised with staff around 2x in total. This is a reflection of their experience and expertise on selecting genuine readers (who all have a test read before being accepted rather than taking on board anyone who has a set of tarot or oracle cards), who have experience not only with readings but also with speaking and listening to people.
I have never been under any pressure to work longer (as with other lines, which I have worked on over the years) than is convenient to me. I can log on and off as I like.

As mentioned prior, I have worked on other lines and I must honestly state, that Psychic Sofa have the best clients out there. They genuinely want to talk and take on board readings.

We do sometimes have to bear in mind we may get some people whom only have your voice to trust or need someone to offload onto it’s up to you how you deal with those drawn to you . Polite as is a key I’ve found helps make the team unique and experiences with staff have only demonstrated this.

The biggest thing is being honest from intuition to reading the cards .
What makes this service stand out is the fact that you hear and see progress you don’t have to ask for a review or feel unworthy if you haven’t made a connection.
Emails to telephone calls from staff testing a line to just asking for some help or advise within company guidelines is always on hand.
