The reader was very open

The reader was very open. I felt honest and she was thoughtful. She thought about what she was saying or what she was feeling, and I appreciate that she actually verified what I was feeling and what I was thinking, which helped me or will help me going forward.

Fake psychics

Psychic wasted 5 minutes telling me to hold on and then proceeded to waste more time asking me questions. When she finally gave an answer, it was completely made up. I ended the chat immediately and waiting for a refund. Won't use them again, fraud. Update - They said they issued a refund but did not and in fact double charged me instead.

Ready was pretty good

Ready was pretty good. I tried to get my 10 min. free chat reading afterwards and the system cut out after only 2 min. I was cheated out of my membership rewards.
