While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I have been on their wait list for ADHD…

I have been on their wait list for ADHD treatment for almost 4 years so far.

The care has been totally unacceptable. They have sent me fake booking links, had a provider not show up to my appointmentand just leave me hanging after 3 years waiting, it takes them 4 months to reply to notes on the portal....

Despite this unethically bad situation and claiming they are 'going as fast as they can' theyre still advertising for private patients.

If they cant ethically fulfill their NHS contracts and provide safe care to patients they should not be taking private patients.

Do not choose this company through right to choose.

Do not choose this incompetent company for private care either. They will not be worth your money to give you an overburdened and short staffed service.

You will not be safe or treated fairly with this company.
