Well presented and timed. Useful content.

A helpful opportunity to reflect together on supporting colleagues with critical incident debriefing. A chance to meet new colleagues from across the world of Psychology and Counselling, all learning new skills to better support individuals and teams in the aftermath of the Corona virus pandemic. The training was useful, reflective, and timely.

I recently took part on a zoom-based course with Psychotherapy for Healthcare. It was an all-day event.

The content was very informative and well presented. The presenter held all our attention throughout engaging participation frequently. She had become extremely proficient in the use of the software, so that it mirrored a physical day working together, with breakout rooms, video and audio clips and chat.

The presenter was also an excellent facilitator and enabler. I would definitely book another relevant online course with this company.

Shiri is a wonderful facilitator and I thoroughly enjoyed this rich training day. I had thought it may be slightly mechanistic but not in the least. It was really grounded in psychotherapeutic practise. We even revisited Bion! Shiri's whole premise was that we are competent therapists who just need to have the confidence and additional knowledge to undertake this work. It was a very refreshing approach. Thank you.

Really well facilitated day, considering it was all online. God timing and flow. Good use of examples. Good use of theory of how others do it and time for me to think about how I would facilitate a CID.

I found the one day CID training to be informative, interesting and practical. The trainer was excellent and I was surprised at how I felt connected to the group in spite of it being delivered online. Would highly recommend.

I completed the CID training course and have to say that this was the best CPD training I've ever attended. Shiri has a unique style of delivery keeping participants engaged and involved in the training from the beginning of the day until the end.

I really enjoyed the Online training, well paced and a good mixture of theory to practice and experiential learning. Some of the concepts discussed have increased my knowledge and understanding of critical incident debrief processes which may support recovery.
