Super bad. Asked specifically for a consult in Eindhoven and they arranged an intake with a lady in Utrecht. We said we cannot come to Utrecht. Now they try to force us to pay 240 euros for the intake! Very uncompassionate and dishonest business. Avoid.

I was able to fully express myself
I was able to fully express myself. And even though I did not directly talk to a therapist yet. They asked me all the questions in order to assign the right therapist for my situation. They were patient and very helpful. They assigned me a therapist as soon as possible. I felt comfortable enough that I even cried on the phone call with them.
