We checked and ordered a battery that should fit our laptop. Unfortunately, we received the wrong battery size for our laptop. However, they kindly refunded the full amount. Thank you. Great customer service. 👏

I ordered a laptop battery as a spare part. Delivery was fast and the item fitted perfectly. Also the contact to the customer support regarding some payment details (fees for intl. credit card transaction) was competent and customer friendly. All in all, everything was excellent.

Very accurate in handling the order. Especially finding battery for my old laptop (which was not to find in my own country) on their very good webshop after intense search was great.
Shipment took a while but package was safely packed with extra tools.
Meanwhile good and friendly communication.

I purchased a replacement battery for a notebook last year (2025) in June. In march 2026, so after 9 month of use, this battery broke.
I contacted Ptbatteria (batteryAdapter in Ebay Germany) as there was 12 month warranty on this product and a new battery was send immediately to me.

The good things about my experience was to be able to do it from home.
The better thing is that everything went very well, from placing the order until the delivery.
Not forgetting about the quality of the item which it fitted perfectly as expected.

The delivery was faster than anticipated and arrived sooner than claimed. The charger I bought was very nicely packed and in excellent condition. Also, it's the original brand charger for a PC that's already 8 years old.
