Complete and utter crap. Might as well use 2 twigs and call it WiFi.

This is by far the worst most annoying and infuriating ISP I have ever used. Wouldn't recommend even if it was the last one left in the world. The speed won't go past 13 Mbps on a good day. I mean I don't understand, is your company policy to push your customers to the edge or is it something you enjoy doing for your personal entertainment.
Imagine plummeting from Pak's most esteemed ISP to the world's worst...

Utterly Garbage.

I have been using PTCL for a very long time, the only good factor about this net is that it is unlimited. Other than that it is utter trash. The internet is very unstable, it is working fine one moment and then dies the other. I get 60 ping to 900 ping in one second. The wifi also has bad connection range and if you are just 1 or 2 rooms away, the wifi has barely any signal. The wifi used to be decent but the last 3 months have been terrible, It is very unstable, very high in terms of latency and ping. Overall, I would not recommend PTCL if you are considering getting a package from them, bad customer service and you are better off getting something else.

The service is just very awesome i have…

The service is just very delightful i have been using there service's for about an year.since then there have been no reduction in the performance.i have an 8mbs. Package receiving 7.5 download amd 4 upload with 20 to 44 ping.such an amazing service according to my experience i would surely recommend it

Please use mobile internet (internet of telenor or jazz etc). There staff is untrained and uneducated dont know basic about internet. They dont give damn care to its customers. Speed is very very slow , rather the speed of telenor and jazz is very good across Pakistan. I am soon goona give them a lesson .

I have a very bad experience to get the internet connection of 4 mb package. From very first day there was an issue of internet speed. I found that the staff of PTCL is not sincere with their institute because they do not oblige any complaint, on my last complaint staff came to resolve and he said that your router is not good so change your router I agreed and told him to bring a new one, but he brought a used one and said it will work efficiently. Unfortunately that new router was working like the prevoiuse one and PTCL charged an amount of Rs 5000 extra for router. A number of complaints I registered on halpline 1218 and told them that your staff told that the router will cost Rs 1500 abd a message was also sent by PTCL but they did not obliged my complaint. I requested them to get their router back and cut off my connection but they said you have to pay this bill by all means. From that day my bill is going increasing without any usage of internet my number is 0744048138. History can be checked at your end

PTCL. Where do I get started.

I'm currently using 10mbps and get 7 at max (rarely). The average speed is 0.2-2.
PTCL was, is and will e the worst Internet provider. Will change to stormfiber.

I hate this service so damn much

I hate this service so damn much. Its unprofessional, its stupid and just straight up terrible. All errors are on their half and they make their customers suffer. No prior updates on any policy changes and theyd make you pay for the stupidity they induce. It just radiates off of them, theyre professional jerks, thats what they are. The staff, looneys, all of them. Im really shocked if someone likes this service. I find it terrible like I hate it.

You are so eager to receive your bill you continusly message us and email us repeatedly for bill payment
If you were so eager to care for your customers repeated complaints of poor service. You never bothered to improve your service nor took any serious action to address our complaints. Your staff only console us with words whichy are of no use to us
