this business has no consideration
this business has no consideration. I have missed my middle name, and they did not let me take the exam. I was trying to make a re-booking and at the end of the processing, they charged me a full amount. I travelled so far. I live in a rural area. why can't they be considerate and try to understand situations like mine? That's a scam not everyone can afford to travel and pay another fee. they don't even have a waiting area for earlycomers to have a sit.
