I've looked into your account, and the claims here don't match the actual activity. You have had winning sessions. Just last week your balance was up over £400 from £100 in deposits thanks to a win of £356.32, which was then played down to zero. On another occasion, your balance reached £160, and that's just a few examples of many wins you've had.
So, the issue isn't that you never win, it's that when you do, you continue playing rather than cashing out, which often results in losses. That's a player decision, not something we control.
I've also noticed a pattern in your reviews elsewhere claiming, "no wins" and "scam site", which does suggest a distorted view of how gambling works.

Pub casino is a fun and attractive site, that's easy to navigate. Clearly, when reading certain things these guys also have a sense of humour which adds to the relaxed environment. Huge range of games, which I've found to be fair even when you lose, it's fair to say you've still had a good game, and NOT a constant, frustrating button pushing exercise with no action. Registration I found to be very easy and non demanding, fast payouts with no hurdles to jump. They also have a very good and fair bonus policy along with decent promotions. Stay away better return sites out there
Thought I would try this site out, STAY AWAY!
Deposited just over £300 over the space of 4 hours and got around 5/6 bonuses highest payout was £70 then go around 50/80spins without a single feature. Stay away many better sites out there. Disgusting for slots, bonuses are set to average £15-35 no matter what stake you bet. Bonuses are that far a rare itll be 250-500 spins on any stake to get a bonus feature that again will only pay average of £15-35. What's important to clarify, though, is that we don't control bonus frequency, bonus payouts, or game behaviour. All slots are designed and operated by third-party game providers, and the outcomes are entirely random. There's no setting on our side that caps bonus values or adjusts how often features appear.
I can see that you've actually had a number of profitable sessions, including some decent wins. In several cases, balances were well in profit but only partially withdrawn, with the rest played on. That's obviously your choice as a player, but it does matter when looking back at results overall.
Big wins, 1000x+ or max wins, are extremely rare by design, usually with hit frequencies of over 1 in tens or even hundreds of thousands of spins. These algorithms are set by the providers, not by us as the casino.

A few things to straighten out. When you register, you go through an electronic verification check. If that passes, you're allowed to deposit and play. However, being electronically verified does not mean no further checks can ever be required.
You're right to quote the UKGC, but the key wording you've missed is "if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier". While everything looked fine at registration and during play, certain triggers can occur only at the point of withdrawal. Things like payment method mismatches, open-loop payments, provider blocks, or name checks. These aren't things we can reasonably predict in advance.
In this instance, the withdrawal request triggered one of those checks, which is why documents were requested at that stage.
I can't share the exact reason for the trigger, as explaining those details would expose vulnerabilities that can be misused. What I can assure you is that this process is fully in line with UKGC regulations and isn't a "scam" or a delay tactic.
