Charged for Jeans that have not been shipped
I ordered and paid for jeans on 6/2/26. My credit card was charged that day. After waiting 2 weeks, I reached out by email and asked for a status. I was told the jeans would be shipped that day. I waited 3 days for the promised tracking number. Reached out again and was told the that the jeans we with UPS and promised the tracking number. All inquires since 6/22/26, including a request for refund have been ignored.
