KDP CHAMP is the best amazon ads software ever used, and I have been using all of them for years. Nothing can compare with this software. Completely 100% in love with it and the customer attention is superior.

I have been using KDP Champ for a couple of years now. I had been looking for an app that would do away with the time-consuming process of seeing if I was making a profit or not on KDP. KDP Champ is perfect for my needs.

It is extremely easy to use and Eiri is only a quick chat question away from answering any queries. He provides the best and fastest customer service of any other app I have used. In fact he is really open to ideas too and I mentioned a couple of things I (and hopefully others) would find useful, and a short while later they were incorporated. For someone to actually listen to my need and then provide a solution was amazing.

The fact that Eiri is constantly seeking to add new features and is listening to his customers is only going to make this app better as opposed to many apps that end up stagnating. It ensures that the app remains relevant and up to date for us authors.

One of the features I asked for was the ability to add journal notes. So now I can make a note of when a new book is published, or changes I make to book descriptions or how many amazon followers I have, or email subscribers totals etc. Depending what colour I pick, it shows up on all the info graphs so I can easily see any changes I have made that month to a particular book and if it makes an overall difference. It’s nice to be able to have all those notes in one place.

One of the features I find most useful is the ability to monitor my ads. I run ads across several countries and to be able to have a breakdown by country and by book to see what I’m spending on each one, and how many sales I make from each book from ads or organically. I am now able to see clearly in seconds what is making a profit and what isn’t… all coloured nicely in either green (good) or red (bad). The ads option is also available for Facebook ads too, but I don’t personally use that option yet.

Monitoring my ads would take me hours to do in the past, so I ended up not bothering and was happy as long as there was an overall profit, but now I am making much more informed choices at the click of a mouse.

Also, living in Gibraltar means that any US royalties have 30% tax deducted. KDP Champ has an option to put in the % tax charged and factors that into the net figures. So I can easily see how much actual money I’m earning with both tax and ad spend taken off.

With regards to value for money, compared to many other options out there, in my opinion KDP Champ and the job it does has the best value.

I have been using KDP champ for nearly 2 years. Hands down this is the best KDP analytics tool out there! No other software compares. KDP champ effortlessly produces data on all my add spending which has helped me tremendously with budgeting and ongoing focused marketing of my books. The software is amazing value to help boost my book sales through KDP champ's various analytics which has been a game changer.

After communicating with the KDP Champ team, I would like to write a more detailed review of my experience with this application.

Initially, I had concerns about sharing my cookie files with the app before installing it. However, after reading reviews, including those on this website, I decided it was safe. After installing the application, a few hours later, I received an email from Amazon stating that my account had been suspended due to association with another suspended account.

I want to emphasize that I do not have and have never had any other accounts. I exclusively log into my Amazon KDP account from my personal laptop and home Wi-Fi network. I have been using my account for over 4 years without any issues.

To address the situation, I contacted a law firm specializing in matters related to Amazon accounts. They confirmed my suspicions that the MOST LIKELY cause of the suspension was the KDP Champ application. IN OUR OPINION, the installation of this application and the sharing of cookie files triggered Amazon's response.

I sent a detailed email to Amazon describing my experience with the KDP Champ application, including the exact time of installation and the sharing of cookie files. Amazon responded that they would investigate the matter, and after a few days, they reinstated my account.

The law firm emphasized that simply stating, "I was blocked by mistake" is not sufficient for Amazon. They require 100% evidence of your innocence, and it is up to you to find the reason that may have caused the association with another account.

Since Amazon reinstated my account, it may indicate that the MOST LIKELY reason for the ban was the KDP Champ app (IN MY OPINION).

The KDP Champ team believes otherwise. They consider the fact that my account was blocked shortly after installing the application as a mere coincidence. They also claim to have thousands of users who have had no issues. But how can they be certain? Their users might simply be unaware that the application could be the cause of the ban.

To support my case, I provided screenshots to the representative of the KDP Champ team, demonstrating that I indeed used their application and that the Amazon account suspension occurred a few hours after installation.

Ultimately, it is up to you to decide whether it is a coincidence or not.

Regardless, it is important to be aware that sharing your cookie files with anyone is not safe.

Furthermore, I didn't find anything in this application that would make my work easier compared to the sales report from KDP Amazon. In my opinion, it's better to use Amazon KDPReports and avoid any risks.
