Robert was incredibly helpful as a first time author, I can’t rate him enough. Every hurdle (and I had many!) he couldn’t do enough to help!!
Thank you Robert! Will be using him again for my next book!
I would rate 10* if I could. Response was rapid, all errors were flagged and a copy of the original file was set up alongside the new file formatted so I could see just how different it was. All of this in less than 24-36 hours. I had an issue with uploading and he came back to me quickly and showed me in a video recording where I was going wrong. Outstanding service and excellent result. I am delighted and will use them again for my self-published books. Both epub/kindle and printed ready to go.(this is my second book with them now)
Excellent service! Rob was brilliant at formatting my book for both paperback and kindle versions. Amendments were easily done if needed and tailored to my specifications. The clear communication and speedy delivery meant there was no delay in my work being published, and the finished products looked professional and beautiful. I would highly recommend Publishing, and will certainly be using them again!
