Avoid at all costs – Overpriced dropshipped items from China with misleading UK branding
Review:
I wish I had done more research before ordering from puddlelights.co.uk. Despite the .co.uk domain and professional-looking website giving the impression of a UK-based company with fast delivery, my order shipped directly from China and took over a week to arrive.
The puddle lights themselves are identical to the cheap generic versions you can buy on AliExpress or Temu for a fraction of the price – often 3-4 times cheaper. They're charging premium UK prices for basic dropshipped products with a massive markup.
To make matters worse, their returns policy requires you to pay for shipping the item all the way back to China if there's any issue (which cost me around £12 in postage). No easy UK returns here.
This lack of transparency feels deceptive, and it's frustrating to support what turns out to be just a middleman reseller. Save your money and buy directly from AliExpress – same product, same long shipping time, but without the huge markup. Strongly recommend avoiding this company

Searched for a UK based company, this is in China
Searched for a UK based company, I thought a .co.uk would be legit. Unfortunately, this is based in China. I tried to cancel my order, hours after placing it only to be told the item had shipped. Checked the tracking and found the item had not shipped, emailed the customer service and was totally ignored. Do not use this company, it is a scam!
