Very easy to work with and clear instructions
Very easy to work with. Friendly and helpful. I shipped from PR to Florida. You need to know this:
1. The proof of no insurance claims is only good for 20 days. (not 30)
2. The police WILL NOT inspect until you have the proof of no fines. (3 Days).
3. When you go to CESCO for the proof of no fines, buy your stamps there (in Aguadilla, it is in the same mall). That way, you get the proper stamps and pay the proper amount.
The shipping is easy, and pick up in Florida is easy as well. Make sure you verify the location of the pick up, as the paperwork from Puerto Rico was not accurate, so just call the port in Jacksonville.
Ralph and Diana were awesome and so helpful. Thank you for making the transport easy and stress free.

The process was flawless

It needs to find better people for Customer Service
It needs to find better people for their customer service. The agent was unprofessional and didn’t provide the appropriate updates and changed the pickup dates at their convenience. Same excuse after another. The truck broke down. They cancelled the order just because they couldn’t provide a service.

All pickup and delivery dates are estimated, as carriers can run into unforeseen issues such as mechanical breakdowns, traffic, weather, or route changes. This is stated in our Terms of Agreement and was communicated to you during the process. While these situations are sometimes unavoidable, we understand the importance of clear and professional communication throughout.
As for the cancellation, our records show that the request to cancel the order was made on your end, and we processed it per that request. We would not cancel an order without customer authorization.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue working to improve our service and communication moving forward.

PR Car transport made everything so simple with detailed directions and constant follow up through the whole process from drop off to delivery. Even though on our end we ran into problems we had the full cooperation help and understanding from Diana and Giselle which were instrumental in helping with all issues. Great company that takes a personal interest in its clients and adds a personal touch to their professionalism. Excellent choice to transport your vehicle.
