Soo many problems and mixing up customers details.

Contacted Puffin in advance to ensure that my travel insurance would not renew! Received confirm that it wouldn’t 19/8/25. A complete unprofessional service that beggars belief!
I received confirmation that my policy would not renew and due to a refund of £95?
I then this week received an email renewing my policy and payment taken on the 8/9/25.
Then I had to ring and spoke to someone who informed me that they had mistakenly renewed but my policy number now belonged to someone else and the new policy that they were renewing had mistakenly got mixed up with my account for someone else?
Why would a company give the same policy number to someone else, mix them up with my bank details so who knows what will happen if I a pensioner pays someone else’s travel insurance policy that I no longer need!!
This is basically appalling! I received an apology that’s it?
I think that Poirot should get involved to unravel the huge problems that staff within Puffin Travel Insurance have created and its not on!
Soo many errors and I wouldn’t trust this company in a crises. I was told on Thursday I would receive confirmation of the refund I did not get, didn’t not acceptable. Sorry isn’t good enough for the huge mistakes.

WOW, what a terrible browser. Doesn't work in the slightest.

I can't even use this browser at all, it just keeps directing me to the site "puffin•com/account" which prompts you to create an account. Wow, imagine that! A browser that does NOT functionally work without creating an account!

Anyway, even after creating this so-called account, the browser STILL does not work, no matter what website you try to go to, it will keep directing you to "puffin•com/account" no matter what you do. I thought the creation of an account was sufficient to start using this browser, apparently not I guess.

Anyway, what a terrible browser. Don't waste your time. It does not work. It used to be useful back 10 years ago to run Flash websites on iOS and Android devices, but those days are long gone and now this browser has nothing unique or special, and they've functionally made it completely useless.
