They let me buy a bong that was out of stock and I have to wait till mid night to communicate with customer service so yeah think I might just be unlucky with this order it still doesn’t help the fact I’m still waiting for y’all to ship my purchase

They are not answering my emails, I bought for 400$ 10 days ago. Order is not shipped and not even an email. I dont recommend this site at all.

Pipe arrived damaged, broken filter

Placed an order. Said items were in-stock and would ship next business day. After i paid i received a email
stating the items were NOT in stock in the USA and that I’d have to wait for them to ship from HONG KONG or, select other items! What a scam!! The old Bait and switch! Never did they offer to refund my money. BEWARE! Dont buy from them! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered a titanium E banger for my rig and a titanium cap dabber that is also titanium.. When I received it I started to open up the Plastic wrapping and when I did. I ended up cutting my finger on a burr that was on the banger. When I got the entire product out The banger had a long Sliver Burr that was hanging off. But when I looked at the cap there was also another Burr inside the cap clogging the hole. All in all I was hoping for a great product from a good company ,but ended up getting getting sub par product. that cut me, before I could use it. Now trying to get a refund which I've already sent 2 emails back with pictures and no response.

Update: They made it right and sent me a new rig. It took them seven days to respond to all of my emails. They need to get back with people who have issues sooner so they know they will be taken care of correctly.
Enail works great and now my new rig isn't leaking, it's a great inexpensive option.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered an enail and rig. The enail seems great but the glass rig was broken. I immediately emailed them, as instructed with the card included and haven't heard back 5 days later. I then emailed them again, posted twice to their support on the website, and called and left a message. Still nothing. I am contacting my credit card company to demand a refund for a broken item with no response from seller. It took them one day to process the order when I paid, but now that I have a problem, no response for five days. Something seems fishy and untrustworthy.

Package shipped quickly after purchase and arrived in great time. Unfortunately the banger I ordered that was enclosed in a metal case was completely shattered and destroyed.

I recently bought 3 bangers. All were of the same very good quality compared to other bangers the same price or even more expensive. I'm pretty sure they have at least half welds where the bucket connects to the stem. Very happy for the price and the quality. I will definitely be buying from puffingbird.com again!

I’m so happy I got an enail, and I was a little concerned it was if going to arrive cause the shipment is number wasn’t working but it came ! But the metal enail doesn’t fit perfectly around the nail banger glass piece and I have to hold it on if I want to use it.

My glass piece came intact and even arrived a day early! I love it! The bowl is beautiful and is high quality! It's also a decent size! Thank you so much!

In early 2021 I’ve purchased 2 of these 14mm bowls, I luuuuv the 2inch size which is larger size bowls for this style since it was during Corona my order to FOREVER!! Well over a month before I received it, needless to say I was hesitant to re-order so I purchased some other ones on a different sight but they were all too small 😞 nobody carries this jumbo 2 inch size 14mm bowls it’s a must for me to consume my herbs, I took a chance this year and order 3 more and they arrived within 2 weeks that’s huge improvement from my first order 😂 now I want to order more 😆
